Maggie Grace is an American actress who was born Margaret Grace Denig in 1983. Her most famous roles include Shannon Rutherford, a character on ABC's Lost series and Kim Mills from the Taken trilogy. Her birthplace was Worthington in Ohio. She was kicked out of school when her parents divorced to go in Los Angeles to live with her mother. While struggling financially she landed her first acting gig as Rachel's Room's title character the web-based video series Rachel's Room in 2001. The film for television Murder in Greenwich where she portrayed 15-year-old Martha Moxley earned her the nomination for the Young Artist Award. Grace Rutherford was the lead actress in Lost during its initial two seasons. In 2004, she was awarded the Screen Actors Guild Award with all of the ensemble. Leaving the series Grace would like to be more prominently in film having starred opposite Tom Welling in The Fog in 2005. She also was as a character in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club and, opposite the Liam Neeson character Kim Mills as Kim Mills in Taken. She reprised this role in Taken 2 (2013) and Taken 3 (2015). In addition, she played Alice on Malice in Wonderland which is a modern adaptation from Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace returned to Shannon's character in Lost for two episodes, which included the series final. She was in 2013 for the sixth season of Californication. She plays Faith as a girl who is a muse for the stars and catches the attention of Hank Moody (David Duchovny). Maggie Gyllenhaal.........................Margalit Ruth Gyllenhaal ( born November 16 1977) is an American actress and filmmaker. Gyllenhaal is a part of the family and is the elder sibling of Jake Gyllenhaal. She started her acting career when she was a teenager, playing small appearances in the films of her father and starred alongside her brother in the famous cult classic Donnie Darko (2001). The next film she appeared in was Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind which was released in 2002 as well as Mona Lisa Smile (2003). Gyllenhaal received nominations for a Golden Globe Award in both the drama Sherrybaby (2005) and in the romance comedy Secretary (2002). The two movies were critically acclaimed. She gained wider recognition after playing Rachel Dawes, a superhero in The Dark Knight (2008) due to the success of several commercial films that she was a part of the year 2006. The film was nominated to win an Academy Award as Best Supporting Actress for her performance in Crazy Heart, (2009). In the following years, she was in comedies and dramas, including Nanny McPhee's Big Bang (2010) Hysteria 2011 and Won't Back Down 2012 Apart from her character as a Secret Service agent, she has also appeared as a character in White House Down (2013) and Frank (2014). The most recent roles were her character as the primary protagonist of the film The Kindergarten Teacher (2018). The debut of Gyllenhaal as a writer and director was in 2021 with The Lost Daughter, a psychological drama in which she won an award at the Venice International Film Festival Best Screenplay Award. She also was awarded the Academy Award nomination for Best Adapted Screenplay.
